I'm so excited to have been in attendance on day 1. I had the dream job of viewing some luxurious cars with a glass of champagne in hand. This was my first time at such a car show and to say I enjoyed viewing the very latest from top car manufacturers in the world would be an understatement.

The sun shone from start to finish and other members of the press joined me for an exclusive first look at all the swanky new and classic automobiles that were to be on display throughout the three day luxury car show.

My day started with a behind the scenes welcome from director David Bagley in the Sloane hospitality pavilion. A place for visitors to drink and dine throughout the three day event. Courtesy of JKS hospitality.

Caton is a new British coachbuilding company that beautifully restore and modify classic cars.

The official reveal of Healey by Caton was something you had to witness for yourself to truly appreciate. With only 25 examples of the modernised Austin Healey from the early 1950's being hand-built at the Catons plant in Coventry.

Each Healey is on sale at a price of £500,000 and available to purchase at Salon Prive.

Catons approach towards Healey’s restoration includes subtle design alterations. Such as the removal of some exterior handles.

Whilst the chosen engine is a smaller 2,954cc four-cylinder unit fitted to exceed the original 100mph top speed of the car.

Next we moved on to admire H.R Owen Bugattis latest model. Which made its debut at Salon Prive London with The Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport. By Sur Mesure.

After the viewing delights of Bugatti Chiron. I witnessed the unveiling of the Aston Martin DBX707. Which is only the world's most powerful. Luxury SUV! Sorry - not sorry! I couldn't help but have my attention taken by the Aston Martin sports car next to it!

Exotic car

Next, I got to soak in the sights of wonder car Ferrari's first ever road car. The new Ferrari 296 GTB. With rear-wheel drive plug-in (PHEV) hybrid architecture.

Also on show was the Daytona sp3 which is sold out and currently costs approximately 1.8 million pounds!

A viewing of the updated model of Tushek TS900 Apex was next. Making its global public debut at Salon Privé London 2022.

Tushek have manufactured the lightest hybrid hypercar on the market. With a new, patented electric drive system. It's a momentous achievement. As Tushek join an elite handful of innovators to have achieved such an engineering breakthrough.

I also saw the latest from Genesis and Morgan motor.

The latest from Land rover includes 3 different rim options for the first time and unique grills.

Then I was treated to the global premier of the Electric Mustang. One of my favourite car brands! With customers able to order the EV at the exclusive luxury car show.

The missing link

A memorable moment at the show was the unveiling of the vintage Alfa Romeo 12C. It's not on sale and retains it's chipped paintwork. On display courtesy of Progetto 33, who don't sell cars. Instead they protect them by making books on legacies of old.

Unique car

This road approved version of a dessert buggy style car is huge and one of the most unique vehicles on show this year. I tried to sit in the drivers seat and literally had to throw myself in which was a laugh!

Rolls royce

The unveiling of the latest rolls Royce cars was one of my most memorable and favourite moments at Salon Prive 2022. The bright blue colour choice was show-stoppingly beautiful. New features include a back-lit pantheon grill for 1st time.

I'm between all the car viewing. We were treated to a look at the latest from Roger Dubois. Manufacturer of one of the world's most expensive watches. The excalibur.

The Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimate is a sight for sore eyes that was on display. It's the latest version of Lamborghini Aventador and the most powerful Aventador ever made.

The spectacular new Hunter also made its UK public debut at Salon Privé London. As the world’s first. All-terrain hypercar. It's been developed from the Bahrain Raid Xtreme competition car, that was driven by nine-times. World Rally Champion Sébastien Loeb. At the world’s toughest motorsport event – the Dakar. Finishing second overall this year.

Alpine car

Alpine founded in 1955 by Jean Rédélé, became legendary when the Alpine A110 ‘Berlinette’ won the 1971 and 1973 Monte Carlo Rally. Now, Alpine is back with the new A110. Just as light, compact and agile as ever.

Batista was another innovator at the show. Paving the way for a new era of full-electric hyper cars.

Stroll the grounds of the concourse to admire vintage restomods. Automotive greats such as the Barnato-Hassan Bentley racer and the UK’s first Ferrari Daytona also graced the grounds of the Royal Chelsea Hospital in the Concours.

Unique cars
World's first flying car!

The PAL-V Liberty is without a doubt the most unique vehicle on the market. Offering the best of both worlds - Flying and driving!

Harley Davidson

Last but not least, we viewed some Harley Davidson motorbikes. Pioneer of the first all electric motorcycle, which has a rain mode and other ride modes.

Second we were introduced to a famous bike that featured in Terminator 2. This modern version featured a show stopping silver design.

Then it I got to view a Harley Davidson adventure bike. With adaptive ride height. This is the first entry into what is the most popular entry touring market for bikes.

After the press viewings in the sun, I was parched and first in line for some champs! I enjoyed a chilled glass of champagne at the pommery bar. Pommery is one of Salon Prive's sponsors. It's a champagne house that was started by Madame Pommery.

I then strolled across the lawn to check out Jess Collet Milliner's stunning hats but not before a quick look at breeze house's garden bar huts. Which will allow even those of us in the Northern hemisphere to feel like we're on a tropical island in our own back yard! Thanks to cosy ceiling heating options.

Jess Milliner create stunning ladies headwear and fascinator hats. Perfect for your next luxury event. I tried a really fancy one on - as pictured.

After browsing. I took to my seat for the supercars manufacturer parade.

Next it was time for lunch at the dining village by JKS. With michelin star options to choose from.

Also taking place later that day was the Concours de vente car parade at 3pm. Later still, an evening bar was available. Where Djs kept the crowd entertained until closing time at 9pm.
