Luxury gin at new London roof terrace

I headed back to the Gantry in East London. For the official opening of their summer 2022 rooftop terrace and cocktail menu launch. Sponsored by luxury South African gin brand Inverroche. 

The terrace has been transformed into a beautiful wildflower garden. With bursts of colour between exotic plants. The roof garden also has two large firepits at either end and soft blankets for alfresco comfort. Plus a unique. Eye-catching star shaped light feature in the middle of the stylish roof terrace. 

The 6 cocktail long menu features the crisp. Tasty classic gin. Rich. Aromatic Amber gin and soft and floral tasting Verdant Gin by Inverroche. With each cocktail a delicious treat for the taste buds. 

I got to try them all and my favourite was the flavourful Amber negroni. With the temple garden. Featuring verdant gin. Lime. Ginger beer and delicious tasting notes of cucumber a close second. 

The three month Inverroche roof garden takeover at the gantry. Happens right in time for summer. With a sustainable focus. As each lucky visitor to the Gantry roof terrace gets to take home a biodegradable cocktail menu. Which contains wildflower seeds for planting! 

I can't wait to see what mine will look like and will probably update this article with the finishing results.
