Tucked away on a corner of bustling London Bridge. I enjoyed dining alfresco at where the pancakes are. The casual restaurant has a view of the shard as its backdrop. To drink I ordered a breakfast cocktail. Consisting of wild turkey 101 bourbon. Orange juice and maple syrup.

For mains it was American pancakes with maple syrup. Halloumi and blueberries. I eat quite a lot of Halloumi now that I'm vegetarian and clearly not all Halloumi is the same. I was very impressed with the melted consistency of the halloumi which topped my stack of soft fluffy pancakes.

My husband enjoyed the boulder breakfast. Vegan pancakes with smashed avocado. Roasted cherry tomatoes. Portobello mushroom and chickpea salsa. It was a flavourful dish that we both recommend.
I'd like to go back to where the pancakes are again to try other vegan/vegetarian menu options as veggies are well catered for.
