My Experience
I got to try their whole tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed all dishes. The variety at Chino Latino is amazing. With mains of casterbridge sirloin steak. Plus Black cod. The steak arrives and stays hot thanks to being plated on top of hot cooking rocks.
But hold on! Let's rewind a little bit. We started our evening off with a delicious cocktail from the signature cocktail menu by the bar and some delectable canapés.
Once seated at our table for the evening we ordered a bottle of rose wine, which was served at the perfect temperature throughout our sitting. Thanks to helpful staff, who kept our bottle on ice and our glasses topped up.
The popular songs performed by talented live band and singer kept everyone in high spirits. The talented musician even engaged the crowd from time to time. Coming down from the stage to serenade and dance with diners.
A duck and Watermelon salad was first to be served and ended up as one of my favourite dishes of the night. I also fell in love with the tiger maki at Chino Latino. With marinated, blowtorched salmon. Calamari and vegetable gyoza also served up.
Dessert was a generous tray of artwork. With the perfect variety of treats to satisfy even the fussiest eaters. There was sorbet for my husband. A delicious. Warm matcha cake with molten matcha chocolate cream filling for me. Quality ice cream in a cute little cone. Chocolates and fresh fruit.
